MXF OP1a file locations configured as Growing Source provide instant playback by using our Player widget.
In this case, the asset metadata doesn´t show the duration values, for obvious reasons.
However, after the recording stops, our indexing doesn´t automatically update the final duration of the asset.
It is unclear if this issue is related with the storage read and write bandwidth, or if it is related with the type of the access protocol.
Possible workarounds:
SMB/CIFS kind and try to choose Network Drive instead.To fix this issue, you need to reindex again the file location.
