Being in line with market updates, our solutions can now be integrated with Google Analytics and Tag Manager. Together, these two tools help us track our customers’ geographic location and know the clickstreams in our software. This way, we get accurate data to improve the performance of our software and the user experience.
Let’s see how to take advantage of it:
To configure the Analytics, access the “Settings > System” menu, go to the “Analytics” tab. Be sure to read the privacy policy, and check the “Collect your analytics data” option to enable the analytics on MAM4PRO. After that, enter your Google Analytics ID and Google Tag Manager ID:
As you noticed, before configuring analytics in MAM4PRO, you need Google IDs. To do so, you can consult the Google Analytics and Tag Manager pages in our online documentation, where we describe these configurations step-by-step.
Once this integration is configured, you can verify the metrics collected by accessing the Google Analytics console, navigating to the “Report” tab, and clicking on the “Real Time” option:
