¶ Navigation and Actions
The sections content window, table header, table body, and toolbar pagination provide functionality common to other modules.
In the Table body note that the Content column displays the videos assigned to each collection, you can easily navigate to the videos by clicking the items within the Content cells.
¶ Content Toolbar
- “Search”, “CREATE” and “EXPORT”: these options are described in chapter “Basic Navigation > Content Toolbar”;
- “ADD FILTER”: allows you to filter existing items by common features;
a. Online: when you select this option collections will be automatically filtered by those that are marked as Online, if you want to filter by offline you must click on the “Online” filter to deselect the option.
Note: the filter only ceases to take effect when you click the button
.
¶ Table Body
- “Check select item”, “Content columns" and “Quick actions”: as described in chapter Basic Navigation > table body;
Notes: in the table body note that the "Items" and "Collections" columns respectively display the items and collections assigned to each created collection, you can easily navigate to those items or associated collections by clicking on the cells in the "Items" and "Collections" columns.
In the table body, when there are many items or associated collections, the buttons “Previous” and “Next” will appear to facilitate the visualization of the items.
¶ Bulk Actions
Each time one or more items are selected the “Bulk Actions” menu will be displayed with the options described below.

Set online: allows to quickly set a selection of items in online mode;

Set offline: allows to quickly set a selection of items in offline mode;

Add to product: allows for adding a selection of items to a previously configured Products;
To add the selected item to a Product click on “Product”, select the desired option from the list and click "Save”.
Note: by adding the collection to a product through this functionality you will be redirected to the preview of the selected product.
- Delete: allows the removal of selected items.
