¶ Creating Delete Workflow

This workflow can be used through the Automatic Job and Job Control widgets. In the first widget, the deletion process can be automated, but only for collections-type locations, and in the second, by manual assets selection from any location type.
- In the Navigation menu (left of the screen) click the “WORKFLOWS” module and then on “Workflow Profiles”;
- In the options list area (lower-left corner) click the “Add”
button to configure the workflow;
- Workflow name: enter the name of the new workflow profile;
- Disable workflow checkbox: this option is enabled by default, but if it is disabled the workflow will be unavailable for use anywhere in the system;
- Operation: select the “Delete” option.
Note: whenever an asset is sent to a collection, a proxy is generated for it. When running a deletion workflow on these assets, only their respective high-resolution files will be deleted, thus remaining their proxies.
