¶ Dashboard Navigation

Before manage dashboards, it is important to know how it works.
Common
The navigation menu and content area provide functionality that is common to other modules, please refer to chapters “Navigation Menu” and “Content Area” (respectively).
Action Toolbar
Action toolbar session is split into two: dashboard navigation and manage dashboards.
- Dashboard navigation: this bar allows you to change easily between dashboards. Click the arrows or the dashboard names, or use keyboard shortcuts (ctrl+left / ctrl+right);
- Manage dashboards: this button allows you to create and manage your custom dashboards. Clicking on the "Manage Dashboard" button, a pop-up with the buttons below will open:
Embed current dashboard link: this option allows you to embed the current dashboard in other interfaces. To do this, click this button and a link will be generated and copied to your clipboard. Then paste this link anywhere, such as in another tab or application. Note that a new session will be created for the user who generated the link if they don't already have one;
Save dashboard as template: by clicking on this button the current dashboard will be saved as a template and will be available to be selected when adding a new dashboard, either for the current user or for the other registered users;
Add widgets: opens a dialog box that allows you to add widgets to the current dashboard (see page "Widgets");
New dashboard: opens a dialog box that allows you to add a new dashboard and select widgets for it. For more information, check the "Adding a Dashboard" page;
Rename dashboard: click to change the name of the current dashboard;
- Name: enter the new name of the current dashboard.
Remove dashboard: click to delete the current dashboard. The warning below will be shown to confirm the deletion:
Click "Yes" to delete the current Dashboard or "No" to abort the process.
